Frequently asked
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new doctor gets 14 days free. You choose a plan only if you want to carry on.
Do I need the mobile app, or is the web app enough?
The web app is enough. It works on any modern phone or computer and can be added to your home screen. The Android and iPhone apps use the same account, so you can switch whenever you like.
What can my compounder see?
Only what they need to dispense: the patient's name and, for each medicine, its name, form, potency, frequency, duration and how to take it. They never see phone numbers, vitals, clinical notes or fees.
Does the assistant change anything on its own?
No. It prepares the record and shows it to you first. Nothing is saved until you tap Confirm, and you can cancel instead.
Can I use Arvia at more than one clinic?
Yes. Add each clinic you practise at. Patients, prescriptions and compounders stay with their own clinic, and you switch between clinics from the header.
